Return and Exchange Policy
We will do our best to satisfy all our customers for return and exchange. Please contact us first, we need to know what problem it is, and try to fix it. If your problem can’t be solved, we will be happy to accept the return or exchange. Please keep the item in the original status, NOT been cut, washed and altered. Custom made orders can not be exchanged and returned. Return or exchange without communication will be rejected, please DO contact us.

How To Return
You must contact us (service@100humanwigs.com) to request a return for exchange within 14 days after you received the package. No return is processed after 14 days.
After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is cheaper if use Post Office.
$30 will be deducted.

How To Exchange
Rush Exchange:
You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
. Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received 
. When we receive the eligible returned product, we'll issue FULL refund. No any restocking fee. 

Standard Exchange:
you must contact us (service@100humanwigs.com) to request a return for exchange within 14 days after you received the package. No exchange are processed after 14 days.
After the return for exchange request has been authorized , ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you . You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10-$20 for U.S. customer.
30% restocking fee will be applied to the second-time exchange process.

If your products are brand new , you can send us email to request the return , then we will tell you the return instructions and shipping address . our email address : service@100humanwigs.com

 

 

Order Cancelling:

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee. 

2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee. 

3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.

4 If choosing the paypal echeck to pay, it needs 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. During this time, if the customer wants to the refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee.

We will not provide any exchange or return  service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers. Custom made orders are that include small or large cap size, dark brown or light brown lace color, 150% or 180% density and dyed hair color wigs.
